Return on Time
Machine must be returned by the agreed time. A 1-hour grace period applies. Late returns are charged the full next 24-hour hire fee ($75).
Your Responsibility
You accept full responsibility for any damage, loss, malfunction, or theft of the machine during the hire period.
Return Clean
Empty all wastewater tanks, rinse out debris, and clean the machine externally before returning. Failure may incur a cleaning fee.
Correct Usage Only
Use only manufacturer-approved carpet cleaning solutions. We are not liable for damage caused by improper use of the equipment.
